Infrastructure Solutions Group has proudly been serving cities and towns throughout the state of Texas for 5 years. We have the expertise to complete the toughest jobs correctly, and the most up to date equipment and methods to ensure it cost effective. We strive to provide our customers with the highest quality of service and integrity in all we do. Safety isn’t just a priority – it’s our fundamental value. We hold our workers to safety standards that exceed our industry. Founded in 2020 ISG has quicky added service lines to include Sewer Cleaning, Pipeline Cleaning. Multi- Sensor Pipeline Inspection, Manhole Rehabilitation, Sewer System Studies, Vacuum/Hydro Excavation, and Sonar Pipeline Inspection. We are committed to operation excellence and customer satisfaction.

SUSAN COFFMAN
Founder
Susan earned her bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Texas at Arlington and brings over 15 years of corporate experience to her work. As the owner of ISG, she leverages her expertise in research analysis, underground infrastructure, and data collection to deliver practical, results-driven solutions tailored to each client’s unique project needs.
ISG is proudly 100% woman-owned, operated, and controlled, and holds certification from the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC).

ELAINE TINSLEY
Contract Analyst
Elaine is a seasoned Contract Assistant with extensive experience in administrative roles, including positions as a Legal Assistant, Office Coordinator, and Transaction Coordinator. Throughout her career, Elaine has built a reputation for her attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage complex documentation processes.
In her current role, Elaine leverages her diverse background to create proposals, track Certificates of Insurance, facilitate bidding documents, and assist in reviewing customer contracts. Her comprehensive understanding of administrative operations and contract management ensures smooth, efficient support for her team and clients alike.
PRABIN PANTA
Data Management Technician
Prabin Panta is a data management Technician with expertise in the field of underground infrastructure for more than seven years. He is PACP MACP and LACP Certified. He has experience in SQL, Microsoft access and ArcGIS.
In his current role, Prabin works with data collecting and analyzing software like GraniteNet Advance, Pipe Logix and ArcGIS. He analyses data for accuracy using NASSCO standards. He works in various projects to manage, analyse and deliver data according to the client in a timely manner.
